 Martin J. Wetherill

 Growing up in Australia Martin soon found his way into the performing arts scene via East Sydney Tech Theatre Arts School. He wrote and directed 2 plays for the Sydney's iconic Stables Theatre and later as a graduate established himself as a bit part actor in tv and film.  In a Galaxy Far Far Away his last role in 2OO4  was Senator Pacel Argente in Star Wars III 'Revenge of the Sith' filmed at Sydney's Fox Studios. Meeting director George Lucas inspired him much later in life to teach visual literacy photography programs in school students  in Mexico.

 

 For many years he has explored the creative application of meditation. Currently he is investigating the link between mindfulness and flow states of creative consciouness that can be taught via smart phone photography. This  is currently being taught in the Deep Focus FOTOFLOW WORKSHOP to both corporate leadership groups and through public seminars.

 Corporate clients he has provided training for include: Sattchi & Sattchi, Proctor & Gamble, Novo Nordisk, Orange, Damgaard Data, Microsoft, Wonder Works, Mindkey, NNIT, TDC, Channel 9 Australia tv, Shape Consulting, Nox Network.

 

  Traveling widely Martin has presented seminars, workshops and retreats in Australia, Mexico, USA, UK, Italy, Ireland, Denmark, Norway.

  In 2O19  he worked  on video projects and teaching visual literacy in schools in Mexico,  he will be returning to  Australia  Spring/ Summer of 2O19/2O. 

 Martin is the author of 2 books 'Inside the Eye of the Storm' and co author of 'You Make a Difference' both dedicated to the pursuit of human creative performance.
